Commercial Generic Bioprocessing Apparatus (CGBA #1 & #2)

Fluids Processing Apparatus (FPA)

Isothermal Containment Module for the Commercial Generic Bioprocessing Apparatus (CGBA) Experiment training hardware for the NASA/Mir program. The Isothermal Containment Module was designed to store eight Group Activation Packs (GAP) at 4-37 degrees Celsius. Each GAP was designed to hold eight Fluid Processing Apparatus ' (FPA) so that a total of 64 FPA's could be stored in the Isothermal Containment Module. The CGBA Experiment studied how microgravity effects biological processes that are used in the commercial industry.
