Bob Hesselmeyer was the NASA Group Leader in the Configuration Management Control Sub Group. This group established standards and controls for documents and communications.

Working Groups consisted of experts from RSC Energia, NASA, RSA, Institute for Biomedical Problems (IBMP), Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center (GCTC), and other organizations and companies.
